Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories and components received with the product

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
